Head of Zeus has bagged Kresley Cole’s paranormal romance in a four-book deal.
Aubrie Artiano, editorial director for Aria, acquired UK & Commonwealth rights, excluding Canada, to Ravenous as part of a four-book deal from Suzannah Ball at WME. North American rights have been sold to Christa Désir at Bloom Books, and the series will be launched globally in hardcover, e-book and audiobook in May 2026.
The synopsis reads: "Welcome to the Skein: a brutal realm where scarce resources spark deadly rivalries between vampires, werewolves, witches and other mythical creatures, delivering a storm of forbidden love, violent twists and supernatural shocks. As tensions come to a head, a dark force wreaks havoc even while it awakens fated bonds."
Artiano said: "The moment I saw Kresley’s submission land in my inbox, I knew she had to be on our list. As a long-time fan, I’m beyond excited to be bringing this new series to UK readers. Ravenous is a romantasy where passion runs hot, battles run bloody and only the ruthless survive. It’s exactly the kind of dark romantasy BookTok will be obsessed with."
Cole: "I’m absolutely delighted to be working with Aubrie and Head of Zeus books to get this new series into the hands of UK romantasy lovers. I love Aubrie’s enthusiasm for the project, and I look forward to a phenomenal release."
