Indie publisher Kogan Page will launch a new events series: Off the Page: Inspiring authors, unforgettable events, next month.
For the first event, Kogan Page authors Nick Liddell, co-author of Wild Thinking, and Carlos Gil, author of The End of Marketing, will discuss "How to claim brand relevance in today’s ‘always-on’ culture". Sam Missingham, marketer and founder of The Empowered Author will be facilitating the event on Tuesday 17th March.
The Off the Page series will see Kogna Page authors "bringing their books and expertise to life to create unmissable events," said the publisher, with talks on the future of business, marketing, HR and new ways of working planned.
Speaking about the new venture, Kogan Page m.d. Helen Kogan said: "With the world of work evolving, continued professional development is key. We want to provide an informal space where people can be inspired by our expert authors, learn from their experiences and develop their career."
