Quadrille is set to publish personal trainer Tyrone Brennand's debut book.
Céline Hughes, senior commissioning editor at Quadrille, acquired world rights for Be the Fittest from Lauren Gardner at Bell Lomax Moreton on behalf of Ellen Rusby at Mokkingbird Talent Management.
Be the Fittest follows Brennand's fitness journey and includes "realistic advice and simple signature workout and diet plans".
Hughes said: “When we met Tyrone and learned about his accomplishments, we were all blown away by his drive and enthusiasm. We knew he was a star in the making, and someone who could motivate absolutely anyone to train hard, eat well, take care of themselves and ultimately feel better and stronger than they’ve ever felt – in just 12 weeks.”
Brennand has worked with celebrity clients including model David Gandy and actor Nathalie Emmanuel. He is an ambassador for the Prince's Trust and Reebok.
He said: “I am so excited to publish my first book with Quadrille. I truly believe that Be the Fittest is going to help so many people to achieve their goals and make a positive change in their life, just like I have. I want to motivate and inspire everyone who hasn’t been able to get into health and fitness to become the best version of themselves and to be the fittest.”
The book will be released in paperback and e-book in spring 2021.
