Macmillan Science and Education (MSE) has appointed Allison Rutledge-Parisi as chief people officer.
Rutledge-Parisi previously occupied the same role at global design e-commerce start-up Fab.com.
The new role will see her lead MSE’s HR organisation globally, reporting to chief operating officer Ken Michaels, and with a base in New York, but regular travel, especially to the UK.
Michaels, said: “People are the very heart of our business and Allison will be responsible for creating an environment at Macmillan Science and Education where passionate, supportive and inventive people can succeed and grow their careers.”
Rutledge-Parisi will take up her new role on 31st March.
