Grout is a writer and screenwriter who lives in the USA.
The title was made available as an e-book and as a paperback via print on demand in the UK, but will now be republished on 19th September as a paperback priced at £10.99. It will be backed by a large marketing campaign.
So far, rights to the book have been sold in 20 territories.
