Beatrice Cross and Jade Westwood are joining Bloomsbury Children’s marketing and publicity team.
Cross, who is currently publicity manager at Macmillan Children’s Books, will take on the role of senior publicity manager in September where she will work with authors such as Sarah Crossan, Greg James and Chris Smith.
Westwood, formerly of Simon & Schuster Children’s Books, will join as senior marketing manager in September.
Ian Lamb, head of children’s marketing and publicity, said: “We are very pleased to have both Beatrice and Jade join Bloomsbury. They have a wealth of publicity and marketing knowledge between them that will gel brilliantly with the team and allow us to create even more outstanding campaigns”.
Cross replaces Emma Bradshaw, who is leaving Bloomsbury to become the Bookseller Association’s new head of campaigns. Westwood replaces Charlotte Armstrong.
