Faber is to release William Golding's Lord of the Flies, and his other works, for the first time as e-books in the UK, with the first three available from 17th March.
Lord of the Flies, Pincher Martin and The Inheritors will be the first three e-books released tomorrow, with the other 11 e-books to follow.
Publishing director Julian Loose said: "William Golding has been a central author on the Faber list for very nearly 60 years, and all the excitement around his centenary in 2011 only added to the considerable demand for digital editions of his novels.
"It is a wonderful that we have been able to work with the Golding family to satisfy this need, and we look forward to making all of his titles a great success in e-book."
