Ebury Press has bought The Art of Eating Well by Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley, the sisters behind London-based food and consultancy business Hemsley + Hemsley.
Ebury Illustrated editorial director Lizzy Gray bought UK and Commonwealth rights from Cathryn Summerhayes at WME and will publish next summer (hardback, £25).
Gray said: "Jasmine and Melissa have been cooking up a storm, transforming the health, energy and figures of A-list celebrities and private clients all over the world with their wonderful home-cooked food and philosophy. Their recipes are nutritious, tasty and truly innovative and I am delighted to be bringing their infectious approach to healthy eating to a much wider audience."
The Hemsleys' recipes are free of grain, gluten, high starch and refined sugar while encouraging the use of high-quality saturated fats and probiotic foods. Ebury said it would be working to establish them "as the go-to cooks for the growing area of health and diet cookery."
The sisters said: "Using a blend of ancient wisdom and modern techniques, we've developed new recipes and put our spin on old favourite to create food that works harder for your health – without compromising on taste."
