Jamie Oliver’s Eat Yourself Healthy: Food to Change Your Life will be published by Penguin Michael Joseph in September 2025.
The book is part of a previously struck world-rights deal by Louise Moore with the Jamie Oliver Group. It will be accompanied by a Channel 4 TV series.
The book includes more than 100 new “delicious and nutritionally tested recipes for breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as snacks” and an optional two-week kickstarter meal plan. The publisher says it also includes 50 “simple healthy hacks to help set us on a path to healthier eating.”
Jamie Oliver said: “I truly believe that our health is the most important thing we have. I turn 50 this year and that shift from one decade to another really has given me a moment to pause and reflect on my own health, on what I need to do to get myself in the best shape for the future.
“And, in turn, it inspired me to write this book, to share all the knowledge and insights I’ve garnered over the years and to help you on your own health journey in the most authentic way I can, which is through delicious, abundant, joyous, beautiful food.”
Moore said: “When Jamie talked to me about this book I was very excited. His passion and his expertise come together to offer a solution to what so many of us are looking for daily: how to make simple changes to the food we eat to ensure we are healthier, more informed and creating delicious meals in the process. I am inspired by this book and these recipes. I hope you will be too.”
