Sherlock Holmes and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo films make Daggers shortlist

<p>Film adaptations of Sherlock Holmes and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo have made the shortlist for this years Specsavers Crime Thriller Awards.<br /><br />Inception and District 9 also make up the Film Dagger category, with Ashes to Ashes, Luther, Sherlock and Wallander up for the TV gong.<br /><br />These film and TV categories join the finalists in the book category which were previously announced, with the likes of Belinda Bauer, Scott Turow and Simon Lelic making the shortlists.
