Jane Dunn's Jane's Patisserie (Ebury) and Stephen King's Billy Summers (Hodder & Stoughton) have topped Amazon's Most-Sold: Non-Fiction and Most-Sold: Fiction rankings respectively.
The baking blogger's cookbook, which charted top of the Most-Sold: Non-Fiction top 20 on pre-orders alone back in the spring when it was announced, returned to the top spot last week as its hardback edition hit the UK Official Top 50 number one through Nielsen BookScan's Total Comsumer Market.
Lauren and Rachel Finch's Finch Bakery (DK) debuted in second place, as Yuval Noah Harari's Sapiens (Vintage) rocketed 12 places to fourth.
Billy Summers, King's story of a retiring contract killer, topped the Most-Sold: Fiction chart the same week its hardback scored the Original Fiction pole. The title earned the "most anticipated" tag, meaning it garnered more pre-orders than any other book on the list.
Gillian McAllister's That Night (Penguin) and Jill Mansell's Now You're Back (Headline) made their debuts in second and third place respectively.
