Yellow Kite has acquired How to Age by Liz Earle, the author of A Better Second Half (Yellow Kite).
Editorial director Carolyn Thorne bought world all-language rights from Carly Cook at the Carly Cook Agency. The book will be published on 23rd April 2026.
"At the book’s heart is a bold, science-led revelation: the primary forces of sunlight, structured water and the Earth’s energy field are the real drivers of health at a cellular level," the synopsis says. "These elemental, free-to-access bio-hacks go beyond diet trends and exercise fads – they are transformational, unlocking the body’s innate power to repair, renew and thrive."
The blurb adds: "The book is packed with daily action plans, pro-ageing rituals, toolkits and Liz’s go-to beauty tips and supplements. This is no ordinary wellness book, it’s a revolution in how to age well."
Thorne said: "This book doesn’t just promise better habits – it redefines what’s possible for ageing well. Liz has a brilliant way of distilling the latest longevity science as well as offering readers real action points in every chapter. Liz is the perfect advocate for this important message, we are living longer and we can all learn to live these extra years with vibrancy and in better health."
Earle added: "This is my most important book yet – it will change how you age – and live. I’ve never subscribed to the ‘anti-ageing’ message – that we have to somehow undo ageing. Instead, I’m starting a pro-ageing movement. I’ve distilled all of the latest research into daily principles and tips, backed by science, so this knowledge becomes easy for everyone to access and live by."
Cook commented: "From stellar bestselling success with A Better Second Half to the unpacking of ageing and healthspan in How to Age, Liz continues to be a champion of women everywhere, whatever their stage or age."
