Titan Books will publish two fantasy romance novels by Jenny L Howe, writing under the pseudonym Lucy Helen Howell.
Commissioning editor Elora Hartway acquired world English-language rights in a two-book deal from Katelyn Detweiler at Jill Grinberg Literary. A Frenzy of Fae and Feelings will be published in June 2027, followed by Kaiju and Kisses in 2028.
A Frenzy of Fae and Feelings follows a faerie prince who is transported into the real world, while Kaiju and Kisses combines romance and monster-movie adventure in a small coastal town threatened by a giant sea creature.

Howe is the author of several adult romantic comedies and a young adult romcom. The two novels will mark her first books published under the Lucy Helen Howell name.
Hartway said: “These stories are an absolute treat, and I’m so thrilled to work with Lucy and to be able to share these fantasy romcoms with readers around the world.”
Howe said: “For me, part of the fun of writing fantasy and blending it with other genres is that you can play the ’what if’ game. For A Frenzy of Fae and Feeling, I found myself asking, what if a fae prince like the ones we love from our favorite romantasy books suddenly landed in the real world? Would he be just as swoony....or would he be more likely to give you a headache? And what the heck would you do with his wings? With Kaiju & Kisses, I dug into my deep love for big monster movies. What would it mean for your first date to be interrupted by something like Godzilla? Would you make it to a second one?
"In both cases, the answers to those questions ended up being some really great, really funny love stories that I am so excited to partner with Titan Books to share with the world! I hope they give readers as much joy to read as they gave me writing them.”
