Robinson snaps up Kat Brown's No One Talks About This Stuff following Unbound's closure
Robinson Psychology has acquired No One Talks About This Stuff: Twenty-Two Stories of Almost Parenthood edited by Kat Brown following the closure of Boundless.
Originally published in 2024 by the now defunct crowdfunding publisher Unbound, this title was selected in June 2025 for the Reading Well for Families list. Robinson’s editorial director Andrew McAleer acquired world rights to the title from Millie Hoskins at United Agents. Robinson said it "will publish on 7th August 2025 to ensure that the book continues to be available to parents in need”.
On 1st August it was revealed that Unbound’s successor Boundless, set up in March, has also gone into liquidation. All rights have automatically reverted to their authors. Earlier this month, Will Atkinson, former head of Atlantic Books, announced a new publishing company, Wilton Square, to “provide a safe and secure home” for authors previously publishing by the crowdfunding publisher, Unbound.
Brown is a freelance journalist and commentator whose work has appeared in national titles, including the Telegraph, Grazia, Woman’s Hour, Woman’s Health and the Times. Her first book, It’s Not a Bloody Trend, was a bestselling insight into navigating adulthood with an ADHD diagnosis (Robinson, 2024).
Robinson said: “No One Talks About This Stuff is a support group for almost-parents: a place to share journeys of loss and limbo, to confront social pressure and to find courage in the darkness of tragedies which happen every day yet are brushed under the carpet. This captivatingly beautiful, profound and honest anthology opens a much-needed conversation about society, family and honouring the missing children we will never forget.”
McAleer said: “I’m delighted that we can give this moving and supportive collection a new home at Robinson. Kat has brought together so many wonderful writers and they have all bravely and openly written about their personal experiences of baby loss in a volume that is sure to be meaningful to so many families.”

Brown said: “I am beyond thrilled to be publishing this book with Robinson.
