PMJ signs Green Party leader Zack Polanski's ‘call to arms’
Penguin Michael Joseph (PMJ) has acquired Hope Is Here: It’s All of Us, by Bold Politics with Zack Polanski, Green Party.
Publishing director Daniel Bunyard acquired world all-language rights from Alice Welby at Kruger Cowne. The book, scheduled for publication on 3rd September 2026, is described as an “empowering call-to-arms for political change”.
The blurb continues: “Hope Is Here: It’s All of Us ventures into inequality, economics, social justice, storytelling and the environment, while showing that they are all inherently interconnected and, as a result, so are we.
“Each chapter starts and ends with perspectives from Polanski, leader of the Green Party, with anecdotes, analysis and expertise from Bold Politics’ extensive collective of contributors, such as George Monbiot, Jordan Stephens, Mikaela Loach, Dr Amir Khan and Natasha Devon, curated by the show’s creator, Ross Hanson-Lowe, offering a nuanced, discursive and hope-inspiring lens.”

Polanski said: “A failure in politics is a failure of imagination and I think it’s very exciting that the concepts we’ve explored with our guests on the podcast will now have a permanent home in Hope Is Here. In reading it, I’m sure that people will feel a sense of hope that feels very collaborative.”
Hanson-Lowe added: “Just as with the podcast, the book is about connecting with people who might not see themselves as inherently political, and showing there are other ways of doing things and we don’t have to just accept things because that’s what we’re used to.”
