Jolly Monster Town: The Party Pickle

This gloriously eccentric debut is set in Jolly Monster Town, which is peopled by daffodil monsters, mountain monsters and more. The adventure kicks off when Twiggy the Log is preparing for her upcoming party. Ralph the Pufferfish Monster eats all of the food she had got ready so she heads out to the library to find the perfect recipe book to make more. What do they need? Turnips, of course, and their quest to find vegetables takes them across the different parts of town. This full-colour chapter series is charming, deeply original and wholly delightful.
