Ghost and Toast: Slice to Meet You!

The tagline for this new graphic novel series from Kitty Quest creator Corbett – which features spooky mysteries and sugary chaos – is “One’s Dead! One’s Bread!” and that pretty much sums up this hilarious double act. When Ghost arrives at a haunted mansion, he does not expect to find a talking slice of bread. The unlikely duo team up to solve the mystery of what happened before he became a ghost, though they get distracted along the way. This is very silly and very fun – after all, who can resist a story where the bad guy is an evil croissant?
