You Are What You Eat tops 70,000

<p>Gillian McKeith's You Are What You Eat (Michael Joseph) sold just over 72,500 copies last week, according to data from Nielsen BookScan. The sales bring the book's total to just under 190,000 copies through BookScan's Total Consumer Market since publication in June.

The book, a tie-in to the Channel 4 series which concludes on 17th August, sold more than twice as many copies as the week's second biggest title, Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code(Corgi).
