Online writing community Wattpad has launched a competition for English-language writers, judged by the site's most involved readers.
Users of Wattpad over the age of 13 will be able to submit their completed works, both fiction and non-fiction.
The stories will be judged by a jury made up of members of the Wattpad community, selected for their experience and influence on the site. They will select winning stories in ten categories, including best love story, best escape, and best memoir.
Submissions open today (2nd April), and close at the end of the month, with the winners announced in June.
Winners will be given a hardback copy of their work, and be featured on the Wattpad website and mobile apps throughout June.
