Weidenfeld & Nicolson will be publishing the second volume of The Great British Food Revival to accompany a new series of BBC2.
Publishing director Amanda Harris bought world rights from Online Productions, with plans to publish on 10th November 2011.
The Great British Food Revival II will feature sixteen of Britain's favourite cooks, each championing a different British ingredient, including Mary Berry choosing British herbs and Gregg Wallace contributing rhubarb recipes.
Harris said: "To be able to publish so many household names and bestselling cookery writers in one recipe book is a huge coup for us."
