Walker Books is donating 1,000 copies of Ten Little Fingers and Ten Little Toes by Mem Fox and Helen Oxenbury to The Reading Agency to mark the 10th anniversary of the picture book.
As well as the books, which will be published in a special large format, Walker will donate event packs based on the story. The Reading Agency will then distribute the books and packs to libraries around the country.
Kimberley Sheehan, children’s reading partner coordinator at The Reading Agency said: “The Reading Agency are thrilled to be a part of the Ten Little Fingers and Ten Little Toes anniversary celebration. Our programmes aim to support people with reading at all stages of life and it is through our close partnerships with libraries and publishers that we can do this.”
Ten Little Fingers and Ten Little Toes was first published in 2008 and has since then sold 92,756 copies for £501,488 across all editions through Nielsen BookScan.
