A North Wales college has launched a degree course to teach the art of the graphic novel to teach undergraduates techniques and help them develop characters for graphic novels.
According to Wales's Daily Post, the degree encompasses a range of vocation skills for employment in the graphic novels industry, traditional and e-publishing, newspapers, magazines, animation and film.
The degree was developed "in light of graphic novels becoming increasingly accepted as a literary form and there are no degree programmes in the UK which focus on this speciality" and will start in September.
