Transworld’s Kate Green will join Pan Macmillan later this year as senior publicity manager on the fiction communications team.
Green, who is currently publicity manager at Transworld, will work across all Pan Mac’s fiction imprints, and will also work on the publisher’s recently-announced sports list.
Green, who has just completed a secondment with Vintage, will start at Pan Man on 22nd December, and will report to fiction communications director Emma Bravo.
Authors Green has worked with include Joanna Trollope, Joanne Harris, Donal Ryan and Tess Gerritsen.
As part of the team at Yellow Jersey Press during her secondment with Vintage, she coordinated brand presence involving five authors for the weekend of Le Grand Depart of the Tour de France in Yorkshire.
Bravo said: “I'm thrilled that Kate is coming to Pan Macmillan. Her campaigns are clever, creative, extensive and visually outstanding. The range of her experience is a perfect match for both our existing lists and authors, as well as the publishing areas we are growing and developing. We are all looking forward hugely to working with her.”
Green said: “I am really looking forward to joining the Pan Macmillan team. It is an incredibly exciting opportunity which will help me build on the experience I have gained from my time at Transworld and Vintage.”
