Bill Bryson’s first travel book in 15 years will be published by Transworld in autumn.
The Road to Little Dribbling: More Notes from a Small Island will be a new journey around Britain by the writer.
The book was announced today (26th February) at the Penguin Random House sales conference.
More than 20 years ago, Bryson went on a trip around Britain to celebrate the green and kindly island that had become his home. His journey became the Notes from a Small Island, which has sold 942,869 copies through Nielsen BookScan. In total, Bryson has sold 8,648,774 books.
Doubleday will publish in hardcover in autumn 2015.
