Transworld has acquired the second fitness book from personal trainer Chloe Madeley.
The Fat-Loss Blitz is the follow up to Madeley's first fitness guide, The 4-Week Body Blitz, which has sold 40,000 copies to date according to Nielsen.
Editorial director Michelle Signore, who acquired UK and Commonwealth rights from Clare Hulton, said she was "over the moon" to be working on the new book which she called "a brilliant new idea".
In her new book, Madeley offers three tailored eating and exercise plans, designed to suit all fitness levels, from home workouts to gym routines.
Madeley said: "Thanks to my phenomenally supportive health and fitness following, I am thrilled to announce that there will be a follow up book to The 4-Week Body Blitz. While The Fat-Loss Blitz may be designed to achieve the same goal as my initial book (body transformation), the process this time around is entirely different. I have worked hard to please all corners of my market; from the sedentary, to the active, to the gym bunnies. Body transformation is a different process for all of the above, and I wanted to cater to that.
"As well as the different training plans, I have also written a much more extensive food bible this time, allowing all the foodies out there more choice while being able to achieve the same results. There are a lot of myths about fat loss, and I wanted to explain how to do it properly, without obsessing over silly fads. This book shows you how to train and eat for results, whatever your start point may be, and I am so incredibly proud of it."
The Fat-Loss Blitz will be published on 27th December 2018.
