The Thursday Murder Club boomerangs back to the top spot

Richard Osman's The Thursday Murder Club (Viking) has bounced back into the UK Official Top 50 number one spot, selling 28,756 copies through Nielsen BookScan's Total Consumer Market. This was near-double its volume from the week before and its highest weekly volume since mid-September.

The TV presenter's crime debut also reclaimed the Original Fiction number one for a fourth week in total. Jodi Picoult's The Book of Two Ways (Hodder & Stoughton) and Dawn French's Because of You (Michael Joseph) both made their debuts in the category chart top five.
