Submissions for Waterstone's Children's Book Prize open

<p>Waterstone&#39;s has opened submissions for its 2011 Children&#39;s Book Prize.</p><p>The prize, now in its seventh year, champions new and emerging childen&#39;s authors. It is open to authors of children&#39;s fiction aimed at 7-13 year old who have previously published no more than two fiction titles.</p><p>All submissions must be sent to Sarah Clarke, Waterstone&#39;s buying manager for children&#39;s books, by 30th May. </p><p>For full details on the prize criteria and how to enter, contact</p><p>Previous winners include Katie Davies for <em>The Great Hamster Massacre</em>, Michelle Harrison for <em>The Thirteen Treasures</em>, and Sally Nicholls for <em>Ways to Live Forever.</em><br /><br /></p>
