Hodder & Stoughton is to publish a new cookbook by TV personality and cook Donal Skehan.
Sarah Hammond, commissioning editor at Hodder & Stoughton, bought world rights from Rosemary Scoular at United Agents.
Known for "easy, fresh, homecooked food", Skehan's Eat. Live. Go – Fresh Food Fast includes recipes from his Food Network TV series "Follow Donal".
Skehan said: "Eat, Live and Go are the three words that perfectly capture this moment for me. I wrote my last book Fresh (Hodder) as a means to take back control of life and the food I was eating, and Eat. Live. Go. is a celebration of just that – prioritising eating well, living a balanced lifestyle and taking time to travel and find inspiration from the world are all part of my current food story. These quick and simple recipes, whether rich and indulgent or light and healthy, provide full-on flavour."
Hammond said: "We’re delighted to be publishing Donal’s new cookbook which captures the energy you see from him on-screen. It’s packed with quick and delicious recipes perfect for everyday eating at home, and his own beautiful photography."
Skehan is a home cook, food writer and television presenter who has published six cookbooks. He is a regular host of "Saturday Kitchen" for BBC One, and the presenter of "Junior Masterchef" on CBBC.
Eat. Live. Go – Fresh Food Fast will be published in hardback on 20th October 2016.
