The sequel to the bestselling Girl Online novel by YouTube star Zoe Sugg, aka Zoella, is scheduled for release on the 19th November.
Penguin has given few details about the book but 'Girl Online 2' will be published in hardback, priced at £12.99, and the main characters Penny, Noah and Elliot will all reappear.
Sugg, who has thousands of online fans because of her lifestyle "vlogs" (video blogs), shot straight to the top of the charts last year with Girl Online, which had the biggest first week sales – 78,109 copies - for any debut author in Nielsen BookScan.
However, Penguin faced criticism after it was revealed that Sugg did not write the book on her own.
The publisher admitted author Siobham Curham “helped Zoe [Sugg] tell her story”, after rumours began circulating on social media that Curham acted as ghostwriter.
