Second Eliot Prize for Cape

<p>Random House imprint Jonathan Cape has won the T S Eliot prize for poetry for the second successive year with Anne Carson's "The Beauty of the Husband" (&#163;10, 0224061305). Carson is the first female winner in the prize's nine year history. </p><p> The &#163;10,000 prize is awarded by the Poetry Book Society and is sponsored by bol.com and T S Eliot's widow Valerie. Cape also took the prize in 2001 for Michael Longley's "The Weather in Japan".</p>
