HarperCollins is to publish the second cookbook from Instagram star Elly Curshen.
Carolyn Thorne, HarperNonFiction editorial director, bought world rights in all languages from Sheila Crowley at Curtis Brown.

Elly Pear’s Let’s Eat will be published on 1st June 2017.
Thorne said: “Her new book is full of inspiration and recipes perfectly suited to the modern lifestyle.”
Curshen said: “I’m so chuffed to be writing another book and working with the incredible HarperCollins team again. Experiencing the pure joy of seeing people cook from my first book has been brilliant and I’m bursting with excitement to get this book into people’s hands.”
Curshen’s first book Fast Days & Feast Days was published in April.
