Sarah Shea, formerly marketing manager at Bloomsbury, has joined the HarperFiction marketing department.
Prior to her time at Bloomsbury, Shea worked in marketing at Little, Brown, where she was pivotal in delivering the marketing strategy for Clare Mackintosh’s I Let You Go and in setting up The Little Book Café online community.
Hannah Gamon, marketing director at HarperFiction, said: "Sarah already has a fantastic reputation in the industry and was the first person who came to mind for this role. I know that her enthusiasm for our list and herproven track record in delivering creative and engaging campaigns will make her a huge asset to the fiction marketing team and to HarperCollins as a whole."
Shea added: "I have long admired HarperFiction's brilliant list and am hugely excited to be joining such a talented and dynamic marketing team. I can’t wait to get started."
