R&J Book Club spin-offs take shape

<p>&quot;Richard &amp; Judy&quot; producer Amanda Ross revealed that the planned TV spin-offs of the couple&#39;s Book Club will take shape as two series on Channel 4. </p><p>Following the duo&#39;s retirement from their daily show next year, the book-only series will air in 10 and eight half-hour episodes and will feature elements of the Best Reads and Summer Reads, focusing on one Book Club selection each episode. The series will also feature other book-related celebrity interviews and segments, which currently feature as part of the daily chat show.&nbsp; </p><p>Ross added: &ldquo;We&rsquo;ve got a whole year of Richard &amp; Judy left in its present state and that&rsquo;s what everybody needs to be concentrating on. A year in television is an eternity.&rdquo;</p>
