Random House Children’s Books has acquired world rights in a series for girls aged nine to 13 years from author Jo Cotterill.
The deal was agreed by Annie Eaton and Ruth Knowles at RHCB, and Penny Holroyde at the Caroline Sheldon Literary Agency.
Sweet Hearts deals with the trials and tribulations of first love.
The series launches in June 2010 with Star Crossed followed by Strictly Friends? in September 2010 and Ice Dreams in 2011. A further three titles in the series have been signed.
