Retail shifting towards ethical spending,'s Vanderbilt says

Customer behaviour is shifting towards ethical consumerism while online becomes much more than a “hits business”,'s UK m.d. Nicole Vanderbilt has said.

Vanderbilt launched the indie-focused retail site at the start of this month, with more than 300 shops signed up so far, recommending lists of books and and enabling them to keep 30% of the cover price for each title sold through their online shopfront.
