The Simon & Schuster publicity department has undergone a restructure to further “ensure coordinated focus on the consumer in all promotional activity across S&S titles.”
Hannah Corbett has recently stepped into the newly-created role as communications director and following that move, former senior publicity manager Emma Harrow has been promoted to head of publicity. Helen Mockridge, previously publicity manager, has been promoted to senior publicity manager.
The S&S Adult Publicity team will report into Harrow who in turn will report directly to Corbett. The company is also in the process of recruiting a permanent publicity manager.
A spokesperson said: “This restructure is the next stage in aligning the S&S adult publicity team under Hannah Corbett, communications director, and the adult marketing team under Dawn Burnett, marketing director, to ensure further coordinated focus on the consumer in all promotional activity across S&S adult titles.”
