Actors Caroline Quentin and David Tennant are to lend their voices to two new audiobooks from W F Howes.
"Life Begins" actress Quentin is to narrate Sue Townsend's new novel The Woman Who Went to Bed for a Year, published as a print title by Michael Joseph. The audiobook title will be released on 1st June, r.r.p. £20.41.
Former "Doctor Who" star David Tennant is to read Silver: Return to Treasure Island, Andrew Motion's sequel to the Robert Louis Stevenson classic, published by Cape. It will be released on 15th March as £13.99 abridged Essence audiobook, and in full under the Whole Story imprint on 15th June r.r.p. £25.52.
Former poet laureate Motion said : "I'm completely delighted David Tennant's reading Silver. I honestly can't think of anyone I'd rather hear do it."
