Quadrille has signed a new cookbook from Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw.
His previous book with Quadrille, Nathan Outlaw's British Seafood, was named cookbook of the year at this week's Food and Travel magazine reader awards.
The new book, scheduled for publication in May 2014, will be called Nathan Outlaw's Fish Kitchen. Editorial director Anne Furniss acquired world rights from Borra Garson as Deborah McKenna Limited.
Outlaw trained with chef Rick Stein, before opening his own restaurants. In 2011, his restaurant Nathan Outlaw in Rock, Cornwall, was awarded two Michelin stars. He has since opened several other restaurants and is a regular on TV.
