Quadrille will publish the next cookbook from TV chef James Martin to follow up the popular ITV series "James Martin’s Great British Adventure".
James Martin’s Islands to Highlands will see the chef continue his exploration of the British Isles in his beloved Mini to uncover more local gems and cook 80 recipes.
Quadrille publishing director Sarah Lavelle acquired world rights to publish the TV tie-in from Fiona Lindsay at Limelight Management. James Martin’s Islands to Highlands will publish in January 2020.
The book sees the TV chef travel to the furthest reaches of Britain, to bring you more of his favourite – and sometimes remote – locations whilst cooking and eating along the way. "From Cornwall to Scilly, Jersey to Shetland, the Peak and Lake Districts as well as Wales to Skye, James and his chef friends will once again cook classic dishes and surprising recipes using the best ingredients sourced from producers he meets during his travels," said Quadrille.
