Publishing director Jane O’Shea has bought world rights to Kitchin’s Suppers by Tom Kitchin through Martine Carter at Sauce Management. Quadrille will publish in 2012.
Kitchin’s Edinburgh restaurant The Kitchin won a Michelin star in 2007.
Meanwhile, editorial director Anne Furniss bought world rights to Modern British Seafood, which will focus on gourmet seasonal food, by West Country chef Nathan Outlaw through Borra Garson at Deborah McKenna, and will publish in 2012.
