Publishers, agents and authors ask OFT to refer HMV bid

<p>Joel Rickett</p><p>Publishers are drawing up submissions to the Office of Fair Trading over the proposed acquisition of Ottakar's by Waterstone's parent HMV.</p><p>HMV this week raised its stake in Ottakar's to 7.82%, as Ottakar's independent directors recommended HMV's &#163;96.4m bid to shareholders.
