Penguin Life will publish Lift Your Vibe, the "ultimate lifestyle guide for boosting your mental and physical wellbeing" from ex-professional rugby player turned yoga and breathwork practitioner, Richie Norton.
When an injury brought a sudden end to his professional rugby career, Norton discovered the peace, contentment and joy of breathwork, yoga, nutrition and meditation and has spent the past 10 years working alongside sports teams, entrepreneurs and personal clients to help them improve every aspect of their physical and mental health.
In Lift Your Vibe, Norton will share his "transformative" and easy-to-follow daily rituals to boost readers' days and help create new, healthy habits, that fit into even the busiest of schedules, says the publisher.
Editorial director Emily Robertson bought world rights directly from the author and publication is scheduled for 24th June 2021.
