Penguin court order


Penguin has won a court order against the discredited historian David Irving to win back &pound;150,000 of the &pound;2m legal bill incurred during its recent successful libel defence (see The Bookseller, 14th April).</p><p>

The judge, Mr Justice Gray, has ordered Irving to pay the amount before 17th June. If he fails to do so he could face bankruptcy and the loss of his home.</p><p>
