Pavilion has snapped up the “joyful” new book by pastry chef and “Junior Bake Off” judge Ravneet Gill.
Publisher Helen Lewis acquired world rights direct from the author to Sugar, I Love You, for publication on 7th October 2021.

Having laid down the basics and demystified the technicalities of baking in her first book, Sugar, I Love You is a personal love letter to patisserie bursting with colour and flavour, sprinkled with personal anecdotes and killer recipes.”
Gill’s debut The Pastry Chef’s Guide published in April 2020 and was featured in end-of-year round-ups including the Guardian and New York Times. She also became an Instagram hit during the first national lockdown and has gone on to secure baking columns in the Telegraph and the Guardian, before being confirmed as the new judge on Channel 4’s “Junior Bake Off” TV series.
