PA raises fears over cross-border publishing threat

<p>Territorial rights could come under greater threat in 2005 as cross-border and internet trade increases.</p><p>The PA's annual international conference last month heard that rights to publish in the UK were being hit by the import of cheaper editions from overseas publishers.
