OUP tipped to snap up Grove

<p>Oxford University Press has emerged as favourite to acquire the Grove dictionaries business from Macmillan after news of a sale was made public two weeks ago.</p><p>The Grove stable, which comprises "The New Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians", "The New Grove Dictionary of Art" and their online editions, is thought to have attracted strong interest from potential buyers in the UK and the US.
