Actor Stanley Tucci and literary agent Felicity Blunt have written a cookbook.
The couple’s book features recipes from Tucci’s traditional Italian roots, as well as those of his British wife Blunt, who is an agent at Curtis Brown.
Recipes include pasta alla bottarga, mushroom-stuffed trout, pork chops with onions and mustard sauce and barbeque chicken wings.
Amanda Harris, deputy publisher, Orion Non-Fiction, bought UK and Commonwealth rights from Paul O'Halloran at Simon & Schuster in the US for The Tucci Table: Cooking with Family and Friends.
Tucci said: “I am very excited that Orion has acquired The Tucci Table. Felicity and I could not be in better company. We look forward to working with David Young, Amanda Harris and the rest of the Orion team.”
Tucci has most recently been seen in the third film in The Hunger Games franchise, "Mockingjay Part 1", which is out now.
Harris said: “The Tucci Table is a fabulous family cookbook from The New York Times bestselling cookbook author, highly-acclaimed actor, and respected foodie Stanley Tucci featuring never-before-seen recipes, photographs, and Tucci family mementos. It’s a delight.'
The Tucci Table will be published as a £25 hardback and a £12.99 e-book on 2nd April 2015.
This is Tucci’s second cookbook – he previously released The Tucci Cookbook: Family, Friends and Food (Simon & Schuster) in 2012.
