Orchard and Monsoon partner on Rosie Banks campaign

Orchard Books has partnered with high street clothing retailer Monsoon for the launch of Rosie Banks’ new children’s series Secret Princesses.
 
The series launches with Hothouse Fiction Ltd in June 2016, with the first series The Diamond Collection featuring four books: The Magic Necklace, Dolphin Adventure, Starlight Sleepover and Pop Princess.
 
As part of the consumer marketing campaign, each book cover in the first series will feature outfits from the Monsoon Children Spring/Summer collection, which readers can win in a nationwide competition.
 
Tokens will also be printed in the books, which can be collected and swapped for a free friendship necklace featured in the narrative, designed exclusively for the series by the retailer.
 
The campaign, set up by marketing agency mostra, will also see 43,000 free samplers distributed through 140 Monsoon Children stockists, with 285,000 customers notified about the campaign by e-newsletters.
