OFT hears publisher case over Ottakar's

<p>The OFT gave a "considered hearing" to the Publishers Association this week, fleshing out market share issues around the potential merger of Waterstone's and Ottakar's.
PA chief Ronnie Williams, president Richard Charkin and Trade Publishers Council chair Ian Hudson met representatives from the OFT, which is expected to make a decision on whether to refer the merger to the Competition Commission in November.
