Octopus signs chinatown cookbook

Octopus Publishing Group’s Mitchell Beazley imprint has bought world rights to food blogger Lizzie Mabbott’s Chinatown Kitchen – Recipes from the Asian Supermarket.

The book, which includes more than 100 recipes, “demystifies” south-east Asian food, with Mabbott identifying key ingredients from China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam and beyond.

Rights were acquired from Diana Beaumont at Rupert Heath Literary Agency.

Chinatown Kitchen – Recipes from the Asian Supermarket will be published in April 2015.
